Risara primarily develops projects within Goa, India. Each project’s location is shared in project details along with relevant specifications.

How do I find out about upcoming Risara projects?
Upcoming projects are listed under the Pipeline section on the website. These are subject to regulatory approvals and are updated as information becomes available. You may also connect directly with our team for complete information.

What types of properties does Risara offer?
Risara offers residential apartments, villas and select commercial spaces, depending on project and availability.

Does Risara have RERA-registered projects?
Yes. All projects are RERA registered. RERA registration information is transparently displayed on project pages once approvals are in place.

How do I check if a unit is available?
Available units are listed under Available Properties. You can filter by type (New, Resale, Lease), project, configuration, etc.

What does “Resale” mean?
Resale refers to previously owned units for sale by homeowners. Risara assists in resale coordination through its resale & leasing service.

Can I book a unit online?
Unit booking typically involves submission of an enquiry, followed by personalized coordination with our team. Direct online booking is not available on the site.

Why is availability subject to change?
Although, we do our best to update all information in real time, there could be a lag in ‘Available Properties’ due to market activity and transactions. If you are interested in a particular property, it is advisable to connect with our team and register your interest, so live updates on the same maybe shared with you.

How can I view completed Risara projects?
Completed projects are available under the Portfolio section. Each project includes visuals and a brief overview. You may also directly connect with our team for any additional information that you need.

What does “Pipeline” mean?
“Pipeline” refers to developments that are under planning or statutory approvals. They are informational in nature.

Why can’t I see pricing for some projects?

Pricing may not be displayed for pipeline projects or certain unavailable listings. For pricing of available units, please contact us directly.

What is the EMI Calculator for?
The EMI Calculator provides an indicative estimate of monthly loan obligations based on loan amount, interest rate and tenure. It does not constitute a loan offer.

How accurate is the EMI calculation?
The EMI result is indicative. Actual monthly instalments depend on the lender’s terms, processing fees, taxes and other charges.

What is the Stamp Duty/Registration Calculator?
It gives an indicative calculation of stamp duty and registration charges based on location and property value. Actual charges are governed by state laws.

Can NRIs buy property in India?
Yes, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) can purchase residential and commercial properties in India as permitted under applicable regulations.

Do NRIs have to be physically present for purchase?
Not necessarily. Purchases can be completed through a legally executed Power of Attorney.

We provide coordinated interior solutions, including space planning, furniture, electrical & lighting, finishes and more, tailored to your unit.

Can I customise interior designs?
Yes, interior solutions can be discussed and adapted based on your preferences and budget, subject to design review.

How are interiors priced?
Interior costing is provided on enquiry and detailed during consultation. Prices depend on selections and scope.

What does it mean to partner with Risara?
