Gaurang Suctancar, an architect by education and alumini of IIM Bangalore brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to real estate development.
With deep local knowledge and a hands-on involvement across design, planning, execution and delivery, he plays a central role in ensuring every Risara project is built and delivered with consistency and integrity.
His focus lies in structured execution, long-term value creation and maintaining the quality benchmarks that define Risara developments.

Director

Shibani Suctancar brings a strong design sensibility and strategic perspective to Risara.
With a background in corporate leadership and a deep appreciation for aesthetics and detail, she plays a key role in shaping the brand, design direction and customer journey across Risara’s ventures.

She is also the founder of Risadh, Risara’s luxury retail venture, and is closely involved in the group’s hospitality and lifestyle businesses.
Her approach is rooted in intuitive service, thoughtful decision-making and creating spaces that feel calm, considered and enduring.
